Cosmetics
Les Jardins Lumineux Lip Oils
For hygiene and safety reasons, all cosmetic products are final sale.
Once shipped, lip oils cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect due to our error
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Jewelry
We gladly accept returns on eligible jewelry within 14 days of delivery provided the item:
- Has not been worn
- Is in its original condition
- Includes all original packaging
- Includes certificates (when applicable)
Returns showing signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or damage cannot be accepted.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless defective.
ORÉLIA Maison Handbags
Our standard ORÉLIA Maison handbags may be returned within 14 days of delivery provided they are:
- Unused
- In original condition
- Returned with all tags
- Returned with original packaging
- Include the Signature Charm
- Include the dust bag
- Include any certificates or accessories
Returned handbags must show no signs of wear, use, fragrance, cosmetics, or damage.
Signature Charms
Every ORÉLIA Signature Charm is individually handcrafted.
Because each piece is created by hand, slight variations are part of its uniqueness and are not considered defects.
The following are non-returnable:
- Personalized charms
- Custom-designed charms
- Commissioned Signature Charm Atelier creations
If a standard Signature Charm arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
ORÉLIA Atelier
All ORÉLIA Atelier pieces are handcrafted or specially commissioned.
This includes:
- Exotic leather handbags
- Personalized Signature Charm Atelier creations
- Commissioned handbags
- Numbered Editions
- Bespoke requests
Because these pieces are created specifically for each client, all Atelier purchases are final sale.
Once a custom Atelier commission has entered the design phase—including concept sketches, CAD modeling, digital sculpting, prototype development, or material sourcing—the commission deposit becomes non-refundable. This deposit covers the time, expertise, and craftsmanship invested in creating your one-of-a-kind piece.
Should an issue arise regarding craftsmanship or quality, please contact our Atelier Concierge. Every concern is reviewed individually, and we are committed to finding a fair and satisfactory solution whenever possible.
Certificate of Authenticity
Many ORÉLIA products include a Certificate of Authenticity.
For eligible returns, the original Certificate of Authenticity must accompany the returned item. If the certificate is not returned, ORÉLIA BEAUTÉ reserves the right to deduct a reasonable replacement and administrative fee from the approved refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days after your return has been received and inspected for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for all returns.
